Purpose:
BMR is a social venture  whose purpose is…
1.     To entertain and inform audiences 
through storytelling. pictures and other 

       forms  of communication.
2.     To promote multicultural awareness worldwide.
3.     To promote and market products and services. 

Mission : 
1.     Blue Mountain Rhythms’ mission is to promote and encourage cultural 

        awareness and cultural diversity worldwide. through storytelling. 
2.     To support the growth of literacy.
3.     To inspire people worldwide to tell their stories.

Target Audience:
BMR is for anyone interested in learning more about the world from a Caribbean voice, and supporting the growth of literacy in communities that are disadvantaged.  Persons not of legal age should have parental permission to access BMR site.

 BMR is about my passion for writing.  It is a place to share my Caribbean tales, immigrant stories, things I think about, and things I create.  Join me on the journey by reading the posts, viewing the photo gallery, and helping me to support community projects to benefit people who are economically, and educationally disadvantaged.   Purchasing any BMR items , helps to support schools in rural St. Thomas, Jamaica.  I look forward to your participation.

Creator Sandra Campbell-Notice, spent a part of her childhood in Epping Farm, a rural community located at the foothills of the Blue Mountains in Jamaica, West Indies. Sandra is a graduate of Hunter College in New York and Cal Poly University Pomona in California, where she earned her B.A., M.A., and Administrative Services Credential. She has worked at the Elementary and Secondary School levels as a teacher, Teacher Specialist, and Academic Coach for 34 years. An avid writer, her first children’s book is “My Caribbean Grandma."
