8th:     International Literacy Day. Read as many books as you can to someone else.

10th:  National Grandparents Day. Pick up a copy of “My Caribbean Grandma,” and share it with others.

13th:  National Positive Thinking Day. Think positive thoughts and say them to others.

22nd:  First Day of Autumn.  Write a poem about this season.

24th:   Good Neighbor Day. Share a thought, a word, a deed, with your neighbor today.
